A brief intro

I lived a military mission that will forever be ingrained in my heart; from childhood to adulthood. You see, I was born on Torrejon Air Base located in Madrid, Spain. You could say I am from a military family. My father served 24 years in the US Air Force and taught me service before self. My mother, a Spanish citizen and military spouse, taught me to be a person of character, to embrace who you are. My incredible siblings served in the US Air Force and Army, they gave me strength to pursue my passion in life. 

Now, after over 20 years of service to the United States military, my goal is to share leadership lessons with others and bring back the 'joy' in leadership. Like you, I have a story and my goal is to use it as an opportunity to develop profound employee engagement.

We've needed strong leaders from the beginning of time, our survival depends on strong leadership.
